Do you bake your macarons every day?
Our macarons are baked in the morning from Thursday-Monday. Our kitchen is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. However, being a part of Irvine Spectrum, we are required to open daily. We bake the macarons on Tuesday & Wednesday on Monday and keep them airtight to preserve their freshness.
Do you accept custom orders or pre-orders for classic macarons?
We do not accept custom orders for designs, colors, or specific flavors. We are able to take an order for classic macarons with 6 core flavors: Milk & Honey, Enchanted Berries, Pistachio, Fruity Pebbles, Oreo, Crème Brûlée Macaron. Please send us email with your inquiry at:

Which payment methods do you accept?
We have been cashless since 2020. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo and contactless payments such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Google Pay.
Do your macarons contain gluten or certain food allergies?
Our macarons contain almond flour, eggs, honey, sugar & dairy. Select macarons contain pistachio, hazelnuts, peanuts, gluten, & cocoa flour. We work in an open kitchen where ingredients may come in contact with each other. For specific food allergies, please send us an email at info@hnbmacarons.com for more information.
How often do you offer creatures/characters/specially designed ones?
Creature macarons are no longer a daily offering for us. We have scaled down our team size and shifted our focus to maintaining the classic macaron inventory for in-store purchases. If we have the time to squeeze in any cute designs, they will be posted on our Instagram Story. We also hold fun events with many cute creatures. Follow us to stay posted.
Do you ship?
We do not have a dedicated team to handle shipping a delicate and temperature-sensitive product. We have decided to focus our production on in-store retail. If we do get in shipping our products in the future, you will see an announcement on our Instagram.
What do you do with leftover macarons that are over 3 days old?
We donate our leftover macarons to local hospitals, fire stations, or police stations. We also coordinate pickups from hospitals that are further out. If you are a public service worker and would like to get on our macaron donation list, please fill out this form:
